Dear Team,

When i archive the mails from local copy mails are going into recently archive folder instead  of going into respective folder in archive  .

Can i know how do i move mails into respective folders from recently archive mails  .

This is a normal behavior
Your archive db has an added view which says Recently archived. This mean it would show you what dbs you have archive since the creation of the archive database. If you would select that view and sort it by date, it will show you the same number of docs in the all docs view. Have you tried checking the folders if the docs are really not there? PLease check them first

Can you try this?
1) Are you able to Drag and Drop the documents from Recently Archives to other folders?
2) In the Recently Archived view , do you see any data in the 'Folder' column for any of the mails?

3)  What is the enabled archive criteria here. (snapshot  of each enabled criteria).

4) Which option was  used for archiving like Archive Now, Archive selected document.
