upgrade 8.5.3FP5 to 9.0.1

Do we need a new version of LEI ? Is there a 64-bit version available for AIX?

current setup,

Domino server :- 8.5.3FP5

LEI version 8.5.2HFABH20110405 running on server

Also like to know quick steps for upgrade.
