Hi,

We recently change the company name and require to change the Domino Domain name for all users. (Mickey Mouse/CompanyA to Mickey Mouse/CompanyB). I understand need to create a new org certifier and work from there, found this article:

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=463&context=SSKTMJ&context=SSPQ69&context=SSKTWP&context=SSRNU3&context=SSRNUY&q1=change+organization+name&uid=swg21088125&loc=en_US&cs=utf-8&lang=en

My question is , Do I need to change the Server Domain as well? So my users will be Mickey Mouse/CompanyB then the server stay as Server1/CompanyA. CompanyA and CompanyB are cross certified.

You don't have to change the server certifier
Since the two organizations are cross-certified, you do not need to change the server's certifier. Note, however, that you are not actually changing the domain with these procedures. That is a separate entity for mail routing purposes. You are changing the organization. If possible, I would advise against changing the domain name due to the complexity involved.
