Hi, we are running Domino 9.0.1 FP8 on a Windows 2008 OS. We have 4 servers in our domain and 3 of them are in a cluster while the fourth one is test server. We have created an ID Vault on the Administration server few years back and were happy with it. 

Recently we had the requirement of enabling SAML on the test server to test some single-sign-on solutions and ID vault was a prerequisite for the same. So I wanted to create an ID vault but couldn't find the option of creating one. Under the Configuration tab of the Domino Administrator, I went to Tools --> ID Vaults, but the options of  Create, Manage and Delete are greyed out and only the "Password Reset Authority" is enabled.

Even though the server is 9.0.1, I'm using the 8.5.3 Admin client to manager it. Is this something to do with the issue? At least, I suppose I should get the Manage and Delete options. Can someone shed some light on the same? Thanks in advance.
