Old Emails reappeard in Users mailbox as new, with today's date

Here is a problem that I have never seen before. I have a user who had about few thousand old emails reappear in her inbox that looks like they were delivered yesterday and are showing as new. Here is what some of her inbox looks like:




When I open up a document and look at the properties, I look at the posted date and it show this:



I'm assuming the posted date is the date of the actual email time. Unfortunately, there are different emails than what I have shown. Has anyone come across this before and how did you resolve it? I have tried fixup -J and Updall -R but neither resolved the issue. I looked at a replica copy and it is the same thing as well.

Is the domino server part of a cluster and does the cluster secondary show the same issue

What do the modified times(s) show & also the replication history of the db<>
