Lotus notes MAC application not closing

Hi,

I have installed NOTES V9.0.1 MAC 64BIT on MAC laptop with macOS Sierra version 10.12.1, the application runs; problem I am having though is that I cannot close the application. I need force quit the application.

Please help. Thanks!

You may need to upgrade your system, notes and jvm
Please upgrade the Mac to the latest OS update, Mac Notes to the latest IF, as well as jvm.
