IHS is not supported on partitioned servers

Workaround:
Use internet site documents - one for each Domino web server, or
install a different proxy server in front of Domino

A new technote was created with more details :

Internet Site Documents?

I actually don't understand what they mean with "use internet site documents". I can install IHS for one of those Domino servers? But need internet site documents for both in its names.nsf? But how would IHS now which port the second Domino is listening on?

Did anybody try this yet?

multiple internet configurations on 1 Domino server via internet site docs
instead of hosting multiple IHS proxies for each of the backbend partitioned servers
what you could consider is migrating all the internet traffic to 1 domino server
with domino you can load multiple (simultaneous) web configuration with the use of internet site -web site docs

and then on your IHS proxy you could configure multiple virtual sites if you needed ssl for each one
