Traveler 9 and Blackberry Z10

I have installed Traveler 9 to be able to configure mail on Blackberry Z10. A few of the general managers in the company where I work have already bought their Z10. Can you please confirm that these are the only options that you get when you go to URL Http://xx.xxx.xxx/servlet/traveler? I was thinking there will be a new entry specific for the Blackberry Z10. Any comments/ help most welcomed.

AFAIK this is correct

There's no downloadable client or profile for BB10 devices. Instead you've got to manually configure an ActiveSync account or deploy one with BES 10.

Kind regards,Oliver Regelmann

How to manually configure an ActiveSync account

Dear Oliver Regelmann,

Thanks for your reply. Can you please tell me how to manually configure an ActiveSync account on the Z10? We use lotus notes at work, is there any specific configuration to be done?

Error I get

Dear Tob Altemeier,

When I configure the Z10, I get this error message 'Your device is connected to a network but the internet service is not available. Check your network settings.' Have you ever come accross this error message? Do you know what is the problem?

Data Plan?

Are you sure you have booked a normal data-plan for your SIM card? This sounds like you still have BES Data active on your SIM .....
