Unfortunality it is not decsribed in the pdf file the integration WebEx in to mail template R901.

In theory, you would have to add some java code that call Webex API. We ended up creating a couple of action button on calendar form to Create a Webex Meeting as well as  reschedule / cancel it. You would need to work with a Cisco Business Partner since they also need to configure the Webex server to accept connection from Notes Client.

If you want to intergrate any WeBex File out of WebEx program you must change the file type first for WRF and ARF of WebEx are all exclusive. Maybe this article may help you know more about it:
