I have a small query with regard to the IMSMO client, we have put it in place for several users and it is working quite successfully. I just wandered how it handles Mail Quota Sizes and Mail Archiving. I cant see any quota information on the Outlook client, I don't really want to remove the mail quotas from our users. I have looked at the Auto Archiving setup within Outlook client but certain parts are greyed out which seems to push that down the route of getting rid of old emails as opposed to moving them to a local file?

Is it just a case of the Outlook users having there quotas removed? Is that the only way it will work.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
