Hi,

I'm currently running IBM Notes Traveler 9.0.1.0 Build 201403211230 and phone messages are not being displayed properly on iphone and android. All you get is the header and body but none of the other details. Does anyone know if this issue is fixed in 9.0.1.8?

Thanks

We recently had a problem with Verse search on iOS and Android client does not present correct info when searching enterprise contacts.
Not sure if you're facing the same issue but the above problem has been resolved in the latest Verse release available on the App Store.

Steps you can Try and Best Practice

It appears you are on Traveler 9.0.1 Interim Fix 4 relatively old fix, it is best practice to be on the latest Fix pack (9.0.1.8 as of writing this response) to have all the latest fix for the bugs esp with the release of current Mobile OS (iOS 9 and Android 5).  But if upgrade is not feasible this time you may try the following.

Body of message is missing when message are forwarded

1.) Reinstall the Traveler Application.

2.) If you are not running on the latest version of Traveler, you may
try to download the Traveler Application via Google Play

3.) Run mail maintenance: type these commands on the server console
     - load updall -R mail/<userdatabase>.nsf
     - load fixup -F mail/<userdatabase>.nsf
     - load compact -c mail/<userdatabase>.nsf
     - reinstall the application
     - try a new forwarded message

IF IT DIDN'T WORK

1.) From the Domino Administrator, click the Configuration tab and expand the Messaging section.

2.) Click Configurations.

3.) Select the Configuration Settings document for the mail server or servers you want to administer, and click Edit Configuration.

4.) Click the MIME -> Conversion Options -> Outbound tab.

5.) Complete the following fields and then click Save & Close: Message Content  to "Convert from Notes to Plain Text and HTML"

IF IT DIDN'T WORK

1.) go to the affected user's Person Document

2.) go to Basics Tab, Check under "Format Preference for Incoming Mail"

3.) Make sure it is on "Keep in Sender's Format"

4.) Try again

IF IT DIDN'T WORK

1.) Stop the router
    - tell router quit

2.) Send the message (recreate the issue)

3.) The Mail sent will be stuck in the Mail.box

4.) Copy that mail and paste it in a folder (Sample folder or existing folder in your affected user's Notes Client)

5.) Check if the message is complete if not, then there is an issue with routing your email

6.) restart the router
    - load router

7.) Check the receive email on Notes Client and Traveler, if issue still persist I suggest you open a PMR for this.

IBM Verse for iOS 9.2.4

IBM Verse for iOS was just recently updated on the Appstore. It's now on release 9.2.4. You can also try that one, it had fixes about word wrapping issues and other display related problems.
