Some other issues when we have a high cpu usage

Hello,

Today i have the issue again. I have made lot of tests and i have found some issue :

- Embbedded Browser not working

- Scroll Bar in view not working

It looks like a known issue, we had recorded the issue in SPR # HFCG9J856R.  Anyway, I have notified the SPR owner with your case and information.
