traveler server delete thousand email

thousands of email were deleted by traveler server automatic. End user did not do any operation but the email were delete by traveler server

anybody know this?

fixup / compact could do this. so could someone ditzing with a purge setting. (nt)

Mails deleted
I assume the mails were deleted from the device? all emails? has the filter limit been changed in the settings?
