Location Doc

The location doc mail server field controls which server you will use to send mail.  If the server is in a cluster and we are unable to connect to the mail server then we will attempt to use the failover server.
So if the location document is set right check to verify that the user can connect to the actual server by doing a trace

I'll have the user check his location doc but it's unlikely that the wrong server is listed there. I'll follow up on the possibility of a network problem between him and the listed server.
