Sent mails appearing twice in sent items in outlook client

Hi We are using IMSMO latest version. we can see some sent mails are appearing twice in sent item in outlook cleint.

Its happeing only wth some mails.

What could be the issue.

Sent mails appearing twice in sent items in outlook client

My Outlook.com sent mail appears twice when I use the standard mail client in OSX Yosemite. In my case it's consistent with all mail. My situation has nothing whatever to do with IBM Domino or IBM Notes though. 

Is there any pattern at all with the messages that are affected compared to those that aren't? Are senders including themselves in the distribution? That can cause strange behaviour.
