Number of devices in SQL does not match Traveler web interface

Environment : 2 Traveler 9.0 servers in HA mode (Windows) with SQL 2008 database

Context : Trying to get statistics on devices, users, ... .

Issue : I've opened a PMR some time ago asking how to draw stats in a HA environment as the web interface is not sufficient and the lotustraveler.nsf not exploitable. So we are making a query directly on the SQL by IBM Support's advice (select count (*) from device). Now I've noticed that the SQL query returns currently 1061 devices whereas the Traveler web interface (lotustraveler.nsf) shows 867 devices.

Which one is correct? Where is this difference coming from? Is SQL holding all ever configured devices (disregarding 30-day pruning setting of Traveler) whereas web interface would only show active devices (last sync < 30 days) ?

Thank you for your insights

Mathieu
