~Dexter DeswechekyndsJun 21, 2015, 4:14 AM191 PostsHave a look at upgrade.logIt should be in the program directory (e.g. c:\IBM\Domino), and it contains a record of each upgrade attempted since the first install. Search for the following: Upgrade started at 11:12:14 Jun 19 2015 in C:\IBM\Installs. <snip> Release 9.0.1FP3|January 12, 2015 DetermineMode: destination version Release 9.0.1FP4|June 07, 2015 <snip> Notes has been successfully upgraded. There will be hundreds of lines between the "DetermineMode..." and "Notes has been successfully upgraded" lines that show the files being replaced. Odds are there will be some kind of indication there that the install didn't succeed. This assumes it's not something like rolling back to a prior snapshot on a virtual machine.
~Rebecca FrowesonoopsiJun 21, 2015, 9:36 AM2 PostsRerun installation of FP4Thanks for your response Chad. I stopped all backup agents as well as virus checkers and reran the install. It completed successful and gave me a message at the end saying "Updating patch information"". Looks good to go now. ;-)
~Justin DeshipipulyndsJun 22, 2015, 6:24 PM43 PostsThanks folks. We also confirmed 901FP4 is good. <>downloaded, installed, it is 901FP4. Must have been a running program that had a handle to files and thus could not be upgraded.
