LDAP connection on ZIMBRA server

i want to  to connect a directory assistance Domino to a Zimbra server.
I did a test with ldapsearch to validate the information : ok

I created the document with the same informations.

I verify connection to zimbra server : ok
when I run "verify" for the account, I have a 4000 error and the domino server crash..

do you have an idea ?
