Hello everyone again.

This time I need to resolve an issue and some of you can help me or guide.

In our company, we need to manage Domino
between more than one person, five to be exact.
I have the case of
two administrators who must necessarily use the same PC to work in Windows Seven platform.
As I read on the internet in the pages of IBM,
Domino Administrator client does not permit installation in a multi-user environment.

Is there any way that two people working on the same computer, they can use the Domino Administrator without problems?

I tried the following, with results still uncertain.
Logged into Windows with Administrator user, perform the following facilities in the following order.
1) I installed the package CIJ7GES
Notesand IBM Domino Designer V9.0 for Windows - Spanish.

2) Restart the machine.

3) I set up and connect the client to the server notes.

4) I installed the package CIB9AEN
IBM Notes, Domino Designer and Admin V9.0 for Windows - Inglés

5) Restart the machine

6) Join the customer notes, and Section Preference / Regional Settings / Interface Language, I choose English.

7) I close the client and I open.

8) The Notes client, the client and the client Administrator Designer now work with Spanish language.

Check all: This way is correct? Can I have any problems the day you want to update domain??

I would appreciate your help.

Unfortunately, IBM Domino Administrator only translates into six languages, and Spanish is not included.

Horacio.

Try the following
Not sure it works in V9, but probabily does ...

Install the client

Move the notes.ini from program to data directory

copy the data-directory for the second user

Now create two program icons

On invocation of the notes client give the notes.ini as start parameter like:

first user:

"c:\Program Dir\IBM\Notes\notes.exe" ="c:\datadir of user 1\notes.ini"

and for the second user:

"c:\Program Dir\IBM\Notes\notes.exe" ="c:\datadir of user 2\notes.ini"

Of course you have to enter the correct data path inside the notes.ini for each instance
