~Vanessa OptoogenodenApr 18, 2016, 7:15 PM22 PostsRE:User turning OFF email on device (via Traveler)Hi Carol, If the user is using the iOS native applications and going into Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendar --> Traveler mail account and then toggling Mail off, he/she is doing more than just stopping the sync process for mail. When the user then toggles the switch back on, it will then start the sync process from scratch and resync his mail data. The time to complete the initial sync is dependent on many factors including network speeds, mail database size, server loads etc, and can vary from minutes to hours depending on the environment/user. You were on the right track switching to manual sync from Push automatic sync.
