Remove sections from a receveived email

A user of mine hates that earlier emails in an email thread is each placed under its own section inside the email he is replying to.

He wants all the email just to be listed, without a section.

He can do this manually when replying. What you do is that you right click on the section and choose to remove it. But is it possible to show the email without any of the secions as default?

Is there a View selection or any way to do this?
