Cannot delete old dconsole.jar

If you try to upgrade Notes 9.01 to FP2, right at the end, the error appears " Cannot delete old dconsole.jar" 

There are few solutions for this in the old forums, but I started the Domino Console, then selcted File -> Kill Server.

Once done the install went through fine.

annot delete dconsole.jar

When you encounter an error during an install which is either a failure to rename a file or to delete a file, then the best way to handle the issue is to manually rename or delete the file, and then to run the install program.
