Web Site document key file not working

I'm trying to set up a new SSL certificate for a subdomain on my domino server. I put the new keyfile in the Key file name field on the new Web Site document but when I go to the web page the server is still giving me the main certificate instead of the one I put in the Web Site document (which, since it's a single domain certificate throws up a warning message in the browser.) "Tell http show security" shows that that site should using the new key file. I've restarted the server, cleared browser cache, etc etc, all to no avail. I have enabled "Load Internet configurations from Server\Internet Sites documents." (Actually if I disable that the server document has a bogus keyfile in it from a while back, so it's definitely not reading that one.) Anyone have any ideas?
