Send a test from a different person in your company (your pc) to another person in this other company

This helps for multiple reasons:

a) your internal person has to show if there is enough interest in the subject to go that far (you are not really asking for a lot)
b) you get into contact to someone on the other side (could ask if this happend from other sources, too).
c) you can eliminate fairly sure all individual only client side issues if it is reproduceable (or it points to the clients if not).
