Hmmm...

Yeah, it's definitely the user's client. It seems to happen when he replies to the outside user's reply.

To summarize the steps and successes...

1. Internal user creates new message and sends to external user's Outlook account.

2. External user receives internal user's email. It looks normal.

3. External user replies to internal user's email. Looks fine upon receipt.

4. Internal user responds to external user's reply. Received at external user's account with wacky formatting.

I upgraded him to 8.0.2 today, same results. Design replaced. No luck.
