Full & Lite Mode

Dear Martijn,

Kinldy guide me where will we choose Full and Lite mode on login? Because it shows nothing but only user name and password with new webmail redirect temp.
I want that all my company web user should use only Lite Mode and not Full mean if they are login throug browser they should see Lite Mode only and not Full.
