Adding follow-up icon hides replied to/forwarded icons

Could not find any other reference to this issue.

It would be VERY beneficial and visually helpful to separate the response icons fron the flag icons. Not only because the flags overlay the response icons, but also because it is very often difficult to distinguish flags (green/white) from responses at a simple glance. Flags should not be combined with or overlay response indicators.
