Can't resist to add: "I miss the All by Category view"
I really miss the All by Category view from the Notes R3 mail.
Miss it over all mail implementations around, Notes 4,5,6,7,8 and others like Outlook or Thunderbird, Kmail...
Miss it so much that I can't resist and I always recreate it in my e-mail database... This option just notes gives me.
I copy the All Documents view and add a categorized column with the categories field.
You always have your received and your sent mail together... easier to see what is organized (categorized) and what you still need to.
Now, on Notes 8 it may be that having the conversations grouped helps, but categories work better than folders for me.
Good on the Conversations grouping is that it works also for e-mails sent over the internet, not like the old Discussion Threads view. (believe people have to keep similar subjects)
