But many, if not all, people have company + private e-mails.

Is a pity that we have to instruct people to use Outlook for their private e-mails instead of getting they used to Notes.

Or you support it correctly, or you don't add this kind of functionallity at all.

Just remember that people get used to stuff at home and when able to influence a decision, they select what they know and are used to.
