Subject: Can't edit main topic in this Forum. (using Notes 8)

Forgot a simple thing in the post, tried to edit it.

Always get a "Please selct the feedback type" pop-up.

The Feedback Type field displays only one "radio button" without any option.
selecting it does not work either.
