Stop after first match = not a solution

We are having the same problem.

The fact that recent contacts are seen as an address book while performing .send is not very logical.
Within most organizations, many Recent contacts will be duplicates of public address book entries, causing this issue.

The 'Stop after first match' introduces many other problems for end-users (less user-friendly).
Another solution is to not let Notes add recent contacts... but this seems like a nice new feature.

Suggestion :
Why does Notes think an entry is a duplicate one when address to which mail is sent is the same for all recipients found. i.e. when sending a mail to John Smith:
- John Smith/ACME@ACME (from public address book)
- John Smith/ACME@ACME (from recent contacts)
=> for me, if there are x results but all results have the same fional address, mail can be sent as is...
This would solve all issue (also those that raised in 6 or 7 when users copied person docs from PAB to their private address book)
