Need more info

I'm not sure I totally understand what you mean by "Invite in Outlook calendar using LotusScript". Are you trying to have a Notes application that will automatically generate an invitation from User A to User B for the interval of time that User A is going to be going out on vacation? You also want it to block that interval of time on User A's calendar? Is that about right?
