what is actually using the cpu cycles?

There are different Notes processes running - notes2.exe, nlnotes.exe, ntaskldr.exe, soffice.exe etc.

Please take a look at task manager -> processes and tell us which process is consuming the cpu cycles.

Also, when it happens, run nsd.exe and capture the logs and send us.
