End user driven...

It seems that most business decisions are end-user driven. Ie. you have an exec that wants to use a certain device, and you have to figure out the answer that allows them to do so! :)

I would check out the Traveler page at http://www-01.ibm.com/software/lotus/products/notes/traveler.html and determine if its listed devices fall into what you are considering providing your end users:
- supported mobile device platforms - Apple iOS, Google Android 2.x and greater, Nokia Symbian and Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.x.
