Is this an old bug?

I recently installed what I thought was the latest release of 8.5 and am getting a similar frozen screen with 100% utilization. It takes a full reboot to clear it. When I checked Notes2.exe was using up 250MB of memory. Sure looks like a memory leak to me!

I'm running a slower CPU (1.6GHZ with 2 Megs memory. I have a Notes 6 server running on the machine and the 8.5 Notes client. Any suggestions?
