Non-standard template was part of the problem

I had previously applied a different mail template and reverted the mail file back to mail85.ntf using Replace Design

However after checking the files you pointed to I found an error

2010-05-11T08:42:17.751+10:00 WARNING Some essential attributes including STARTDATE$ could not be found in this template.

I used convert -u on the server and this has fixed the issue. I can understand the external calendars not loading, but the disappearing from the view is odd. Obviously related to the Java view handlers as I found that loading the client in basic mode I could view all the entries fine.

I cannot attach the log files at the moment as I our firewall blocks the Notes port and I only have browser access to the forum. I'll try and load them later.

I'm still getting the error when initially adding the calendar (note that the string is part of my surname, which contains an apostrophe. Could this be part of the problem?). Error is not repeated on addition of second or subsequent calendars
