AVST CallXpress is an enterprise-class voice mail server that does everything you just asked for. It's a good product, but, I think, for us, since we are a small company, it would have made more sense to look into a hosted solution where we pay a monthly fee to someone to do this for us. I'd say AVST is good for companies of 50 mailboxes or more. There's a learning curve; it's expensive; it requires an investment in hardware and training. The only complaint I have about them is their support is only so-so for such an expensive product. You have to call your reseller for support, and if he can't fix it, only then will they call AVST, and they're usually not much help. We've had an issue with our server for years that they just don't want to be bothered with. My guess is if we were a bigger customer, they'd take a look at it.
