Please visit a non-SSL website first, then you are able to visit https site

Steps:
    1. Restart your notes client, visit a non-SSl site(e.g: www.ibm.com)
    2. After this site is loaded, you are able to access SSL sites.
    3. Step1 only needs 1 time, don't need to reproduce step1 for late Notes sessions.
