re: RichText html editing control doesn't work in IE10.3 and Windows 7

Hi!
Perhaps you can try to click on the compatibility view icon which sits in between the search and the refresh icons in IE10.

I had a problem where upon sudden certain users would saw empty page replacing their iNotes.(Possible due to Windows update)

Clicking on the compatibility view icon solved the issue.
