Just a reminder to everyone that PMRs may be opened over the web, as Electronic Service Requests (ESRs) by going here.
We prefer working ESRs (versus PMRs opened over the phone) because it allows you, the customer, to provide very detailed information, and you may even upload files such as NSDs, logs, or screenshots, to the PMR directly so that we can start working on your problem faster.
