Other files to delete before reinstalling...

/Library/Receipts/Lotus Notes Installer.pkg
/Library/Receipts/Lotus Notes Installer_English.pkg

Note that /Library is under your startup volume, like Macintosh HD -> Library.

We're working on being able to upgrade build-to-build without having to delete all these files and hope to have this done by GA.
