Whenever I use Notes Designer 8.5 help I get 2 errors, the first one

(1) You cannot add a directory to your workspace when I click on any of the links:


and

(2) Sometime I click on a link and it takes ages to load. The status bar has the following on it, which then gives up and then the page displays.



Anyone any idea why this is happening and what to do about it (other than upgrading to 8.5.1?)
