Archive Now Error

Hi - here's the details of my archiving problem:

I can go in and select specific documents from my local file, and archive selected documents successfully. But I get the error when I try to do Actions, Archive, Archive Now

Last... I'd love to be able to close this archive, make it a separate database called Archive 2011, and start a new, empty archive to use for my 2012 docs, but I don't know how to do it. Can you offer any assistance?
