Infosana is pleased to announce the release of ToolbarPlus Eclipse edition v1.0.0 for Lotus Notes.

ToolbarPlus Eclipse edition v1.0.0 for Lotus Notes allows you to create in programmatic way various Lotus Notes toolbars with buttons and assign text tooltips, formulas, images to them in easy way. It utilizes new Lotus Notes 8.5.1 Java UI API and Eclipse plug-in technology. All toolbars manipulations are persistent and saved inside user's bookmark.nsf file for ease of management. Underlying format of corresponding resource is XML. All images to be assigned to newly created toolbar buttons are to be found inside user's bookmark.nsf as well. This could be extended if needed.

This version finally removes dependency on just Windows platform as it was with our ToolbarPlus LSX (see earlier announcement here Partner Forum 2007) and supported currently on both Windows XP SP3/Ubuntu 8.04 for Lotus Notes 8.5.1 and up.

Full product's description could be found here - ToolbarPlus Eclipse edition page
Short video demo (without audio at this moment), which demonstrates how Lotus Java agents call ToolbarPlus API and create various toolbars could be found here - ToolbarPlus Eclipse video demo

This solution is already listed in IBM Global Solutions directory
