debug_ltpa_key_import - where does it write ?

With help from Gerard in the IBM L2 Support team, I now have this working.

The trick is (a) to set the parameter on the Notes client (b) to add a CR/LF character AFTER the entry and (c) to look in IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT directory for console.log.
