Which Designer Version?

Ursus,

What version of the Designer client were you using when you made the change to the one form that wasn't updated through Designer? If it was 8.5, you may have re-introduced whatever strangeness was cleared out when you made a new copy of the template with the 8.0.2 client.

This is definitely some weirdness.
