Hi Peter,

Thank you so much for your prompt response. I missed out something which is:
When the lotus document send to the user for approval. The email notification had been forwarded to his exchange email. Hence, he click on the URL in the email (in outlook) and log in with his lotus notes email user id to do the approval of the document.

Will SPNEGO still apply to it when user actually opened the lotus document from outlook? Is like he just click on the URL and will go into the document for decision making instead of log in with lotus notes email user id again?

Kindly please advice.
