Why do you have a ui class in a scheduled agent

You should be getting just the document. Are you traversing a view or collection?

If you have the doc there is no need for a document context.

I have used it in web query save and Notes query save and they are different. The web query save will look at the new submitted document while the notes client looks at the backend, so I had to move the agent to postsave.
