There is an ical Subscription that was coming fine into my Notes calendar when I used 8.5.2

I now use 8.5.3 client and it no longer works. The feed is good - as my Yahoo calendar can subscribe to it fine. It has a .php instead instead .ics in the URL - is that what's bothering the Notes client calendar?

This is the public ical that its tring to subscribe to
http://oemha.goalline.ca/subscribe_ical.php?cal=4798b-201108-201208-0,226382-1182
