Dear All,

I got one user with a weird issue. Explanation :

When this user run lotus notes and want to change the location before writing his password to get into notes, he received this error message "could not find ID file" but when I asked him to click on the first choice of the popup window "try again ..." (sorry I can't remember exactly the message) it works fine. We don't need to browse and select the ID in the notes data folder.

Indeed I checked the path in the notes.ini file and it's ok. So I deleted the cache.ndk, but no improvement and when I tried to delete the notes.ini lotus crashed (it seems that with the 8.5.2 we can not delete notes.ini anymore as older notes version, usually notes re-created the notes.ini but not in this case.)

Any feedback or support ?

Many thanks in advance
